poor signalunwanted breakfast
I was so disappointed. the television was placed very high on top of the wardrobe, and the remote didn't work properly. You had to hold it up really high. the tv signal was also quite poor, and we only got a few channels, like bbc1 and itv. the staff made a full english breakfast without asking us what we wanted, it was not great.

I found a cozy room. The bathroom was really clean. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and full English. Tea and coffee were offered. The location is good and it is a short walk from the train station.
The tv was high up on top of the wardrobe cupboard. The remote did not work unless I put it really high up. The signal was really poor. I only got bbc1 and itv.

The staff members were so friendly and helpful . Breakfast offered ample choices. The team listened to my requests (such as a runny egg!) and delivered perfectly. I found the room clean and spacious. The proximity to the seafront was a real bonus.

the owner seemed decent and the location was quite close to north pier.
the room was quite small. the mattress felt old and i could feel the springs. the bedding also didn't seem particularly clean, concerning.
